THE STRUCTURE

An elegant atmosphere and Nordic-inspired design: wood and iron make up the furnishings of Insula Felix’s 8 rooms and Suite, giving the facility an industrial yet warm and welcoming atmosphere. A philosophy dedicated to projecting the client into a unique and privileged dimension, in which well-being and relaxation are the absolute protagonists.

In the private bathrooms, present in all rooms, the choice to use bamboo wood is in line with the eco-sustainable approach adopted by the facility.

The 4 rooms that overlook the lake feature a panoramic balcony: the breathtaking view of the western shore of Lake Garda can also be enjoyed from the double bed, positioned in the center of the room, and from the shower that overlooks the room.

The suite located on the top floor of the facility benefits from a dedicated area of the panoramic terrace, from which it is possible to enjoy a unique view of the lake and the Sirmione peninsula.

The property has an intimate and well-kept outdoor green space, equipped with furniture and a cozy Whirpool tub that will give you peaceful moments of relaxation after excursions on the lake or in the surrounding areas.

On the top floor, a terrace overlooking the lake is available to guests for the rich buffet breakfast, which can also be served in your room if you wish.

If you would like a sport vacation, you can access our Fitness Area with Tecnogym equipment and have free storage bikes inside the facility.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.

Insula Felix is the latest accommodation facility built, and strongly desired, by the CQ Benaco team: it is located next to Villa Rosa, in Moniga del Garda, with a wonderful view of the western shore of Lake Di Garda. An evocative name, recalling the ancient Roman origins of this area, immediately transporting the visitor to a dream location, a happy island where to spend unforgettable moments.

Insula Felix was born with a precise objective: to promote a new idea of sustainable tourism in which the well-being of the planet is the protagonist alongside the desire to offer an exclusive and dedicated service to the guests of the facility.

Our facility promotes hygienic and sanitary safety, sustainable mobility, involves guests in the reduction of waste, uses short supply chain products with the aim of enhancing the resources of the territory, giving voice to the uniqueness of local products. FACILITIES

Each room is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, minibar, and electric card.
An outlet in each room always remains on even when the power card is not plugged in.

Bathrooms are equipped with a shower with colored relaxation light, suspended toilets, hair dryer, courtesy set and provided with both bath and bed linen. Available to guests is the large free public parking lot adjacent to the facility that is always open. For a fee, private indoor parking is available for the night.

The property has a private elevator convenient to all floors and a rooftop terrace.
